FESPAD Rwanda 2023 is the 11th edition of the Pan-African Dance Festival that will take place in Rwanda in August 2023.
It will showcase various cultural performances from different African countries and beyond.
The theme and schedule of FESPAD Rwanda 2023 have not been announced yet, but you can expect some exciting artists and events as in previous editions.
