The Africa Scrabble Championship now in its 15th edition is the continent’s flagship event and it is held biennially. The best Scrabble players from across the continent will storm Kigali to showcase their skills, learn from one other, and network with other players from the different countries.

This year’s event coincides with the 30th anniversary celebration of PANASA. PANASA is planning a celebration evening on Friday 25th October 2024, during the period of the 15th ASC. This event will celebrate the best players, administrators, and sponsors across the continent.

Spectators are invited to come and watch as the best wordsmiths in the world compete for the Prestigious African Scrabble Champion crown, which is currently held by Nigerian university student, Enoch Nwali.
