The Data Science for Health Discovery and Innovation in Africa (DS-I Africa) Initiative aims to leverage data science technologies to transform biomedical and behavioral research and develop solutions that would lead to improved health for individuals and populations.

The core meeting will take place over 4-5 days with opportunities to engage the local scientific community, representatives from government, relevant biotechnology and industry partners. We anticipate hosting a datathon and training activities before the core meeting, however the agenda is still being developed. We do encourage you to make your reservations with this in mind and updating 3-4 months before you travel.
