CIMPAD 13th International Conference

The Consortium for International Management Policy and Development (CIMPAD) and East African University Rwanda (EAUR) as hosts in collaboration with University of Rwanda (UR) and Adventist University of Central Africa (AUCA) as co-hosts are pleased to announce the 13th International conference that will be held in Kigali, Rwanda, 23-27, 2024.

As a nonpartisan, nonprofit association, CIMPAD convenes a biennial international conference in an African country to provide a forum for those in government, academia, private business and non-governmental organizations in achieving its mission: which is “To inspire and promote collaborative working relationships toward the advancement of knowledge in public administration, policy management and to enhance the capacity building for good governance and sustainable development in civil societies”

Attendees will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the vibrant local culture, experience the positivity of the region’s history, and receive warm hospitality. We are confident that the conference will be enriching experiences that blend academia, culture, and reflection on significant historical milestones.

General Objective:
The primary goal of this conference is to convene a diverse group of entrepreneurs, policymakers, government officials, NGOs, and stakeholders from across the globe to explore the challenges and opportunities in the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Rwanda and Africa and lessons learned from other ecosystems. The conference will focus on promoting entrepreneurship as a powerful driver of economic growth and development, with special emphasis on empowering youth and women entrepreneurs.
